In my work with astrology, I approach the natal chart and current transits primarily through an archetypal framework, trained through Renn Butler. I also incorporate techniques from classical styles to increase dialogue as needed. In its best practice, astrology increases our capacity to hold space for, and integrate, patterns of experience, impulses and desires. By understanding the energetic atmosphere surrounding us, our aura, we can begin to shift our relational awareness.Astrology is a language of an inner atmosphere that blooms into our lives.

“Focusing the mind on the Sun produces knowledge of the Akasha and cosmic spaces.
Focusing the mind on the Moon produces knowledge of the arranged stars.”-- Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras: Sanyam
The small space within the heart is as great as the vast universe. The heavens and earth are there. Sun, moon and stars. Fire, lightning and winds are there. All that now is and all that is not."

I am studied in transpersonal psychology and cognitive sciences, alongside yogic principles, as per the Yoga Sutras.I am trained in Stan Grof's theories through Grof Studies (transpersonal psychologist, LSD researcher) for breathwork/ psychedelic integration, and I find Grof's work to be very compelling as he found that astrological transits aligned with emergent themes in his clients. This happens to be my experience as well.A birth chart, then, shows condensed experiences, which become emergent and manifest in a person's life. The imprints indicated in a chart are transpersonal in nature, and can indicate information such as the parental relationship, birth circumstances or past life experiences. These atmospheric currents align in the individual psyches, playing with greater archetypal principles. My readings are for those who are interested in the energetic undercurrent of life, and not as much for concretely predictive events.
