what is your astrological aura?

Aura is a perennial concept in human history, like the Polynesian "Mana" or South Asian "Kosha". It is a subtle energy form, involving a transpersonal view of consciousness—that our consciousness is both localized (in the body) and permeates into non-localized space.The collective unconscious stores archetypal information—patterns in nature, time, and the psyche that shape meaning and experience.These patterns are reflected into our reality and can be deciphered through the language of astrology, living within you and being reflected back to you.Your astrological aura is the atmosphere of archetypal patterns that surrounds you, as suggested by your natal chart.Astrology offers insight into how these archetypal weavings play out in our lives, dreams, and projections— or what Transpersonal Psychology calls condensed experiences.Astrology can help us to understand both our conscious and unconscious inner workings, which can lead us to a greater sense of personal embodiment as well as universal connection.

about Rina

Before studying astrology, I was a student of Cognitive Science in Toronto. Alongside an interest in Jungian Psychology, I became drawn to Psychedelic Studies after discovering the work of Stan Grof.Upon moving to Victoria, BC, I searched for "Holotropic Astrology" and was fortunate to meet one of my teachers, Renn Butler, who introduced me to Archetypal Astrology. I also participated in the Grof Studies program with Renn, where I deepened my understanding of Transpersonal Psychology and Grof’s work.Since then, I’ve conducted my own Psychedelic Astrology experiments, tracking planetary transits alongside psychedelic sessions. This practice has given me greater clarity on archetypal influences, and I now offer both general astrology readings as well as timing psychedelic sessions with astrological transits.In addition to Archetypal Astrology, I have studied several other astrological traditions, including Vedic Astrology with Ernst Wilhelm and Vic DiCara, Hellenistic Astrology with Chris Brennan, and Evolutionary Astrology.I also maintain a personal yoga practice that informs my work. As described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras:“Samyam (focusing the mind) on the Sun produces knowledge of the Akasha and cosmic spaces. Samyam on the Moon produces knowledge of the arranged stars.”
